SAHGB PhD/ECR Network

The SAHGB will be launching a Postgraduate and Early Career Researchers Network in September 2022 to support scholars and researchers from architectural history and other relevant disciplines.

The Network’s objectives are:

  1. to support individual researchers in strengthening their skills through a series of seminars and workshops focusing on researching, writing, and careers, and

  2. to encourage the development of networks through informal gatherings and networking events, providing scholars and researchers the chance to meet and present their work among peers.

Members of the Network will have the opportunity to get involved and organise the SAHGB PhD/ECR Annual Symposium and the benefit of a quarterly e-newsletter highlighting events, funding and research opportunities, and job vacancies.

All Places. All Periods. All Welcome.

The Network’s events are free for SAHGB members. Non-members are welcome, but may be asked for a small contribution depending on the event.
