Institute of Continuing Education (ICE): Master of Studies (MSt) in Architecture (Degree Apprenticeship) - University of Cambridge

Applications for 2024 entry will open in January 2024 with a deadline of 30 April 2024.

As part of the Government’s Apprenticeship scheme, the Master of Studies (MSt) in Architecture (Degree Apprenticeship) and its associated End Point Assessment (EPA) at the University of Cambridge will provide an exciting way of completing professional qualifications in architecture, taking advantage of the Government's co-funding, while continuing to work and gaining experience in practice throughout.

Such an MSt course is prescribed by the ARB to Part 2. Successful completion will lead to the ARB prescribed End Point Assessment (Part 3) the following year.

Please note that Employers are required to complete an Expression of Interest form please contact  apprenticeships@ice.cam.ac.uk for further information before an application is submitted.

To learn more about the programme, you can watch a recording of the employer engagement event, which took place on 2 March 2022, led by Dr Timothy Brittain-Catlin (Course Leader) and colleagues from the University’s Institute of Continuing Education. This provides full details of this exciting new route to becoming qualified as a professional architect and also covers information for employers about funding through the Apprenticeship Levy for larger firms and Co-funding for SMEs who are non-Levy payers.
